Fantastic value
I was looking for a small unit to heat and cool my 11sq m bedroom and this system has been perfect. I was able to get it through the good guys at a fraction of the cost compared to direct from the installers. The good guys staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and liaised with the contractors once it was settled. Best feature as a bedroom unit is that the display lights can be turned off.

Nice and modern
I was very quickly able to set up not only the Samsung app, but a home assistant integration which has extra monitoring sensors. My only complaint is the "auto" mode defaults to 24 degrees, which is too warm for me. Otherwise I'm very happy with it for the size.

Great split system for air con. It runs quietly at night. Works well. Not sure about the heating yet as I haven't tried this.

love the diffuser;quiet;economical
This is the second of these units I have installed. I have a love-hate relationship with aircon as I don't like cold air blowing on me, especially at night. This one diffuses the air and has a much lighter feel to it while doing a great job of cooling the room overall. No doubt it will be just as freindly and efficient in winter as well.
