Good Guys no Gooda
This review is more directed at the Good Guys than the product. I have had the washer for a few weeks now with mostly no complaints. However, it has started making an abnormal noise when it being used and at high spins. I have submitted a claim with the Good Guys online over a week ago and also sent them an email. I have had no response or acknowledgement of my claim. Apart from the strange noise the washer has been great. Again this review is directed at the Good Guys and not the washer. Normally I wouldn't leave a public review like this but they've followed me up with several emails to leave a review so I'm doing it. I'm hoping this will prompt someone to reach out to me to resolve the issue I'm having.

With a 12kg load, it’s great for bigger families or if you just want to get all your laundry done in one go. The EcoBubble tech cleans well at lower temperatures, saving energy, and the Super Speed wash is a game-changer for those tight on time. Had for just over a month now. Replaced a top loader. This does the job. Need to elevate the machine IMO for better ergonomics, but that's a customer side thing.

Great Washer
It is hands down the best washer we ever had. Great features like wi-fi connectivity and auto dosing. It senses the weight of your load to set the time and detergent accordingly. Big capacity is more than enough for the whole family. Definitely recommend it.
