Great features of this washing machine are it locks the lid when you press start. It can connect to your phone via the app and you can see everything. It tells you how many cycles left till a tub clean. Can have different downloaded settings for cycles.

I love my new washing machine, not only does it look stylish it holds so much . My previous washing machine only took a few towels at a time because of the big agitator, my new LG holds many more with plenty of room to spare, it also washes much cleaner.

The machine works really well and I like the AI function. Press power then the AI button and it figures out the rest. I do have to admit that the bowl is deep and can be hard to get the clothes at the bottom out, especially if you are short. The short person in our family uses a little plastic rake (kids beach toy).
