Absolute Rubbish
I have had the Haier 12kg Top Loader Washing Machine for less than 6 months and it no longer spins. I cannot contact anyone at The Good Guys for assistance and don't know all of the information to get an online enquiry put through.

So far so good!. Great out of the box experience
6 weeks of use and it has washed everything that I have thrown at it really well, including a super king doona. Settings are simple and inutitive, just walk up, slectect with the dials and go. Way easier than the annoying LG 10kg we had, which alwasy took two hours to wash, this is usually an hour unless you change it.

Great machine
The features I love best are the auto dispenser for laundry liquid, the large capacity drum and variety of wash cycles. Overall it was a great choice, cleans beautifully and in half the time of my old machine.
