This is my second washing machine from Fisher & Paykel. Extremely easy to use, very quiet, but takes a few minutes longer to wash, rinse, and spin than my previous washing machine. No agitator in machine but the clothing articles do not end up in one big knot.

This washer works extremely well and washing is really clean. Easy to use, but read the instructions only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is I don’t like having to clean the filters after each wash, but I still would choose this machine.

Wonderful upgrade
This is our 3rd F& P washing machine over many years and we have always been very happy with each, the old 2 never broke down and were very happily taken away to be used another day. The new model has many extra features and is super quiet and no agitator to tangle clothes also a lock on opening when operating .
