A great machine
Very happy with this product. Looks great for the price and feels like a high quality unit. Plenty of cycle options which are all reasonably timed, including a quick 30 min wash. Great size and plenty of room in tub.

F&P top load Washer 8kg
It cleans the clothes, runs quietly and set it on auto and you don’t have to worry about water levels, it works it out for you. Plenty of cycles to choose from. Can change heat level of water if want to and spin dry function has fast, medium and slow. But if you put it on auto it chooses for you.

Fisher and Paykel 8kg Top Load Washer
After 21years my old Fisher and Paykel washing machine packed it in. I was very happy with how long it lasted, so had no hesitation in replacing it with the same brand. I've been very happy with my new Fisher and Paykel. I wanted a machine that had similar functions and was easy to use. This machine has a bigger drum but the machine overall is smaller, which is so handy. It washes well and is also quieter, so this machine ticks all the boxes for me.

Good wash but slow
Washes well but takes a long time; a normal wash is over an hour. The final spin cycle is over 10 minutes long and there is no way to adjust this. The auto water level setting is not good; I tried this and it started the wash with a very low water level inadequate for the wash load. It seems to not move the wash load adequately sometimes; a bedsheet had lint left on it as if it had not been moved vigorously enough. It beeps and the end but is too fain to hear upstairs and the digital wash time is not very accurate.

I’m happy with my new washing machine , it’s quiet, easy to use & has the wash cycles I need. The cycles are longer than my old Fisher & Paykel machine but I’m still happy with it.

The quick wash option saves a lot of time, still washes as clean as any other option. The removal of the central rotor adds so much more space and the lint collector keeps things even cleaner
