Don't shop at The Good Guys if you expect good customer service.
I purchased and installed a new 10 kg. Fisher & Paykel washing machine and it did not work. The electronic control panel was defective, and the machine was just sat there with flashing lights and making clicking noises and would not operate. The sales team from the Good Guys said it was not their problem, and I should contact F&P for assistance. Fisher & Paykel's only response was to book a service call and wait, three weeks later the defective control module has been replaced, and I can now use the machine catch up on my washing. I'm still waiting for a reply from the sales team at Caringbah or their Fisher & Paykel representative, very poor sales and service.
