I would definitely recommend if someone is looking to buy washing machine with more capacity. It is fully Ai so you do not have to adjust the washing time or water level. It picks up automatically.

Large Family Size Washing Machine
Good large drum, greatly reduce amount of wash during the week. Nice and quiet run and great with wifi app which notified you when cycle is done. Down side is auto lid lock once start you can't open lid to add more clothes if forget except have to power off and start new cycle.

Too difficult to operate.
I like the capacity of the washing machine, but don't like the lengthy cycles. I have tried reducing the cycle time without success. It should be easy to adjust the washing cycle, instead one has to wait over 1hour and a half for one cycle. By which time ,and regular washing day will take all day.

Great washer and very quiet
This washer is awesome! It is very quiet, which is great when people are asleep, so it does not bother them. The unit washes clothes very well without any effort from you at all. The AI wash feature is awesome and is for larger loads, as the machine decides how much water to use and how long the cycle should be. This feature has been great for my family and me. I also love the size, being 14kg. It has saved me at least one wash per day, which is 90 cycles in 3 months, which saves me time, electricity, and water, so the bills will be a bit cheaper. The companion app is also cool, so we can see what the machine is doing and control the machine to a degree. The lint filters are easy to clean, and I like how it locks the top door when washing clothes, so it can't be opened, which is great for my family and me. This is an excellent washer with great features and functions that are very useful in today's technological world!
