Great capacity for the size
The machine has a great capacity, I’ve been able to wash large bulky blankets that didn’t fit in my old machine. The footprint of the machine is also great for the capacity. I do find clothes can end up more creased than I’m used to when using the fast spin, but it’s not a problem when I use the slower spin option.

Love this washing machine! Salesman was understanding of my needs - I like to get in and out as quick as possible and he was obliging. The storeman was a little different however on collection. Would have seen that I was a female on my own in a horse float. No communication and just dumped it in the middle and left me to manoeuvre it without a trolley. The machine itself is Quite and efficient. I have since returned to Brisbane Good Guys and bought another front loader and fridge for a rental.

Terrible features, the older versions were much better
The fast spin is really weak, clothes take forever to air dry Doesn’t hold water due to security feature, if you need to stop a program due to having to leave your home you come back to smelly clothes in your washer with a close lid I am highly disappointed

Easy to use
Love how quiet it is compared to my last F&P and, has a timer that tells you how long it takes or how long is left to go before the washing is finished. Also love that it has a dial knob. Would have preferred all buttons to be knobs but overall very happy so far.

Efficient Smart Washing Machine
Originally purchased this machine due to it not having a large agitator in the middle, which has made washing clothes hassle-free. I was surprised the in-built lint filters work well and washing comes out cleaner then before. We've also come to like the smart features such as WiFi and UV water sanitisation. Overall, very impressed with the unit and it's quiet operation.
