Great product
This washing machine is extremely easy to use, is sturdy and quiet, has great features, and cleans and spins well. And, whilst the 9kg version is compact in size, it has amazing internal space which allows me to easily fit my bulky wash items. I'm extremely satisfied with the product.

Great Washer
This machine replaced our older model F&P 8 kg machine. The controls are simple and intuitive (great!) and it works as you'd expect a new, modern machine to. It is very quiet, produces good results (we use the cold water setting) and it is far better than the older model. Note that it does not use much electricity or water compared to other makes. The slow drop lid is a bonus. I'd recommend this washing machine. :)

Great capacity for the size
The machine has a great capacity, I’ve been able to wash large bulky blankets that didn’t fit in my old machine. The footprint of the machine is also great for the capacity. I do find clothes can end up more creased than I’m used to when using the fast spin, but it’s not a problem when I use the slower spin option.

Salesman / Storeman
Love this washing machine! Salesman was understanding of my needs - I like to get in and out as quick as possible and he was obliging. The storeman was a little different however on collection. Would have seen that I was a female on my own in a horse float. No communication and just dumped it in the middle and left me to manoeuvre it without a trolley. The machine itself is Quite and efficient. I have since returned to Brisbane Good Guys and bought another front loader and fridge for a rental.
