My 2nd F&P front loader
Easy to use programs great size, reliable and washes clothes beautifully. does not ruin clothing fabric. Easy to clean including the filter, very sturdy and well made. I had my previous machine for over 10 years without a hiccup. This newer model is a kilo bigger than my previous one and has a cold water connection only so the machine elements do the required heating. The programs have been modified but still has a good choice.

I love the washing machine the only issue I have with it is every time I wash I have to manually reset the spinning cycle. All in all it is a great machine I love the different cycles.

Delivery service and installation service
I am not happy with the given services. I placed the order of the washing machine and Dryer on 25 Nov 2025. I paid for the options, $85 that covers the delivery of the new washing machine and Dryer, plug in the machine to see if it turns, and removal of the old one. And $149 that cover installation of the Dryer and removal of the old dryer. The delivery has been changed without much notice and the installation schedule kept changing also without prior notice. We just kept waiting indefinitely. Eventually, the new Dryer got installed a week ago, but the new washing machine is still idle, not plugged in and the old machine not removed yet. We don't know how soon the matter can get resolved by this company..
