Very Happy
This machine was replacement for my Bosch front load washer. I am very happy with the features. It even sends a message to your phone when your wash is done. It seems to rinse my clothes much better than my old washer and they are less stiff. The wash cycles are shorter than my old washing machine as well.(e.g. cottons on old machine three hours on this machine two hours.)

Great machine but having a few technical issues
Love this machine- load size, programmes, spin speed all great. However we’re having an issue with a door locking error and the door mechanism, also the softener isn’t dispensing. F and P servicing have been very helpful. We’re just waiting for parts. Hopefully the issues can be fixed as it’s a great machine. Good guys service was excellent too.

So far really happy with this washing machine. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend but after seeing the cheaper models it was clear we needed the bigger one for a family. The sales lady was amazing and very helpful. Delivery and install was great and they even took away our old machine and the packaging which I love. Hopefully long term it will last as we only got 7 years out of the last model before it broke. Thanks Good Guys
