  I sold my floor washer

  After looking at the s1 since it was released I finally decided to pull the pin and have found it to be so fantastic we sold our floor washer. We have two St Bernards so you can imagine the amount of drool and hair that we have to deal with on a daily basis and I can genuinely say I have no complaints about this robot at all. I think it is important to know that you do have to do a modest amount of maintenance if you're wanting to keep the product in good working order but the reality is this still is far better than having to manually mop and vacuum floors every day. The performance on carpet is average however we have a very flat carpet that only some vacuums seem to work well on so I'm not taking a start off for this because I think if you had a more standard plush pile carpet that it would work a treat The app and interface on the unit itself I really intuitive without being scary but I would certainly recommend you watch some videos on line explaining the maintenance etc before you do make the plunge

  Eufy and The Good Guys never dissappoint

  Hi all of my experiences with The Good Guys in Penrith are great. Dave Mc Inder is our go to whenever we need a new appliance he really knows his stuff. Euffy Robovac named Bob is a new addition to his brothers at our home. i have 3 now in multiple areas and they do all the hard work for me saving my back and lots of time.

  Great mopping, good vacuuming, a few little issues

  This is my first robot vac, and I specifically chose this one because it is regarded as the best in class for mopping hardwood floors. It does a great job, especially with the roller mops and constant warm water cleaning. The vacuuming is not as great, as other reviews say, probably because the suction power. Auto mapping and obstacle avoidance were very good. Things to note: It is quite loud, even on the lowest setting. The auto-emptying function sounds like a jet engine! But at least it's only for a few seconds. The dock is HUGE, it isn't as wide as many others, but definitely bulky and tall, make sure you measure your space! The dirty water reservoir in the vacuum and the dock need to be cleaned every other day (even though this isn't mentioned). I left mine for a couple of days, and when I went to empty it, the odour was REALLY BAD. Overall, it does what I want...I'm glad I got it on sale though (2K retail is crazy!), just wanted to let others know about the issues I faced.

  The things ill do for store credit

  Vacuum is great, does a fantastic job. My only gripe is the vac can lose its mind when we have to lift it over a baby gate to clean another area, it starts cleaning but after each room it stops, and we have to manually keep intervening to restart it, but I also understand this is a me problem because we have a gate installed. 4.5star product, would have got 5 without that issue

  Great unit

  Have only had the unit a few weeks, but so far so good. Easy to use, mapping the house worked well, vacuuming effective. Had a problem with the dirty water extraction during its first mop, but a quick google of the problem, a reinstall of the dirty water tank and ensuring all the seals were installed properly and it was all fixed.

  Fantastic Robot Vac/Mop

  Im so impressed with this robot vac/mop that Ive already recommeded it to 3 other friends. Ive had other robot vacs over the years but none as clever and thorough as the Eufy Robovac S1 Pro. Our lower floor is all porcelain tiles and this robot vacs and mops to perfection without streaks. The vac on our carperted floors is equally as pleasing. Its efortless cleaning and setup using the phone app make this a must have if your looking for a robot vac. Well done Eufy

  The Robovac vacuums and mops well. It goes around the house smoothly without getting stuck, and it covers almost all areas, although it does have a problem with sharp corners, which may have to be cleaned manually afterwards. Obstacle avoidance works well. Due to the automatic dust collection and mop wash it is relatively maintenance free. Dirty water is collected in a storage tank which can easily be removed and emptied. The app lets you set up a weekly cleaning schedule quite easily with different cleaning modes, i.e. vacuum and mop, or only vacuum. It would have been handy to have the possibility of a monthly schedules though. The accompanying app is reasonably intuitive, but it would be handy to have text instead of cryptic icons. The Robovac supports limited voice control, i.e. start/stop and return-to-base. Overall we are very happy with the Robovac.

  Eufy Robovac S1 Pro - Highly Recommended

  The Robovac works well, great vacuuming and mopping abilities, easy to map rooms, we have 3 areas separated by a step, these rooms were easily mapped and can be cleaned by moving the Robovac to the room. The mop drying is great, stops the mop creating smelly odours. Overall very impressed with the devices results.
