Does the job
Wash cycles are extremely long. It is quite loud. Design is bulky and old-fashioned Dark grey colour is a regretful purchase as i wasn't aware they sold me the dark grey colour instead of white. Sales person wasn't that knowledgeable and had to confirm with his supervisor. Made an add on warranty sale for a better deal, not sure how that worked, but all he cared about was selling and making money rather than returning customer feedback. Won't be back in that Cranbourne store. Unfortunately I was in a rush and desperate need of washing machine. A positive is that it's new and large.

Has been great so far
I've only had this washer for a few weeks, but so far it has done its job. It was shaking a little, but that was because it was not on the stand I bought for it properly. It now seems very stable. The machine is incredibly heavy; don't try to move it alone. The plugs to fill the holes from the transport screws were quite hard to get in, but other than that, installation was easy. So far, I have washed a couple of loads of bedding and clothes, and everything comes out clean and fresh. Only waterproof items (mattress protector) have come out feeling overly wet. The large load sizes are great, as I live alone and wait until I have a full load to wash to conserve water (live on a farm), though a small mattress topper maxed out the machine by itself. I have yet to try my winter quilt, which is why I went with the 12kg instead of the 10kg. Hopefully it will fit. Overall, I'm quite happy with the machine.

The silence is great, fast wash is all most clothes need and the machine doesn't vibrate the whole house. Recommend to all at this stage. Done about 50 washes.

Super quiet machine
This machine is super quiet and has a great range of different washes - my favourite is sports wash - about 1.20 mins and intellismart which is about 39 minutes. I got the black colour and it’s beautiful!

Does what it's meant to
Does what it's meant to and washes clothes, doesn't have a darks/coloureds cycle though. Large softener tray allows for softener and laundry sanitiser to beused together.
