Great milk frother
I love this milk frother, you can set the temperature, put ordinary coffee and sugar in while its operating and it makes a great cappuccino or latte.It can make two big mugs or 3 smaller cups at once. Nice and hot.

Great at frothing but
Great at frothing if that's all you use it for, however like the manual states you should be able to use hot chocolate etc. When putting in chocolate powder half the time my machine chucks a fit and stops working, it seems the mixer where it is held on is extremely sensitive and anything that slightly knocks it (like clumps of powder while it is mixing and melting) it just stops working as it throws it off balance or whatever. For comparison sake, my old Aldi milk frother I could throw anything in there, including protein powder (which is thicker than hot chocolate powder) and even some peanut butter for a hot smoothie and it had zero problems. So it is disappointing having paid so much it struggles to even do what is advertised and states it can do. If you only froth plain milk then it works fine and would recommend it purely on that, but for anything else like hot chocolate etc, no.
