  great replacement

  i purchased the bakery chef hub stand mixer after my previous breville stand mixer (11yrs old) started smoking and overheating. i did read a few reviews and this seemed like the best option. good guys had a great price deal, so it was a no brainer. i’ve used all 3 different mixing options and they’re great. my only issue is the whisk attachment doesn’t hit the bottom of the bowl. i applied a little bit of pressure to the top and it ended up mixing better, however aside from that, i have no complaints. the light is a great addition and the plastic cover stops flour exploding everywhere. it’s a well priced product in comparison to other mixers on the market.

  TOO NOISY

  This machine is so loud it does not make cooking relaxing, also it is not as good as my past Breville machine, I actually hate it and it does not mix well on the doe hook either. Very disappointed in this machine.

  Stylish but a bit clunky

  Looks great and has some weight to it to stop it moving around Whisked icing in no time. Is louder than I thought. Only used it twice and as I was cleaning it I notice rust in the top of the beater Need to contact Breville as I’m pretty sure it shouldn’t be rusty after first use. I can’t give full review as I have made anything but icing in it. But if it does what it says or should it will be great

  Great mixer

  I like the different settings, the beater scrapes down the sides and bottom of the bowl. Mixing is smooth and relatively quiet. I had my previous stand mixer for many years it served me well but I'm so glad I purchased this one recently, very happy with it so far.
