great replacement
i purchased the bakery chef hub stand mixer after my previous breville stand mixer (11yrs old) started smoking and overheating. i did read a few reviews and this seemed like the best option. good guys had a great price deal, so it was a no brainer. i’ve used all 3 different mixing options and they’re great. my only issue is the whisk attachment doesn’t hit the bottom of the bowl. i applied a little bit of pressure to the top and it ended up mixing better, however aside from that, i have no complaints. the light is a great addition and the plastic cover stops flour exploding everywhere. it’s a well priced product in comparison to other mixers on the market.

TOO NOISY
This machine is so loud it does not make cooking relaxing, also it is not as good as my past Breville machine, I actually hate it and it does not mix well on the doe hook either. Very disappointed in this machine.
