Already has a concerning rattle in it from Brand New and Breville said that's "normal"!
New machine has a tinny rattle in the boilers. Our last Breville Dual Boiler coffee machine gave us 9 years of good service, so we bought the new model. Having had one before we did the "bleed" etc before ringing the help line. They asked us to take a video of it and send it in and they basically said it was "normal". Have seen other reviews were people have had similar problems with their new Breville coffee machines; so am wondering if ours is an isolated case of whether it is an inherent problem in the latest series. The Good Guys have offered to review the video and put in a service request with Breville, so we will see what eventuates.

Second one I have bought
I originally bought a Breville dual boiler over ten years ago. It gave up the ghost due to corrosion caused by leaking O rings. In the last year or so, Breville has replaced some of the O rings for some other method of sealing the boilers. I hope this innovation improves the lifespan of the BES 920. I understand from other reviews that there are still some O rings in use in BES 920. I just hope they don’t fail as the ones in the earlier model did. I spent ages looking at an alternative to the Breville dual boiler, tried a cheaper Breville but ended up going for the BES 920. It produces great coffee, has a larger tank than some other models (which saves constant monitoring), and has a display panel which cheaper versions do not have.
