Good machine BUT
We had used this model before so had no hesitation in buying it yet again. However, the things which we didn’t like continue to be unchanged, which is very surprising for an otherwise good design. 1. The water inlet pipe has the solenoid at the tap end. Often users need to enlarge the hole in the cabinet to allow this. But the dimension of this solenoid/ the portion of the widest part of the hose is not given anywhere in the installation manual! 2. The length of the water inlet hose is too short and is also not given anywhere. If the machine is on the left of the sink and the tap is on the right side of the sink, the pipe length is not adequate. To be fair, the manual mentions an adapter for increasing the length, but why have such a short length when the machine costs a few dollars! User experience has been totally ignored in both these aspects.

New Bosch washing machine
Very happy with our new Bosch Washing machine. The last one was also a BOSCH and faithfully lasted 18 years without an issue . The new machin3 is very quiet and energy and water efficient.

Love this new Bosch Series 8 front load washer. Had one older version which needs replacement. Love the new feature of a luminous light which helps to see better during loading and when starting the washer. Personally feel that the drum in the older model is bigger, eventhough both machines are of 9kg load. However, it still accommodate a decent size load for a family of four.

Bosch Series 8 washing machine
I recently made the switch from a Miele to a Bosch, and I absolutely love it! No regrets at all. The machine offers a wide variety of programs, including quick wash options starting from just 15 minutes . One of my favourite features is the low iron wash cycle, which leaves clothes with minimal creasing and cuts down on ironing time. It’s efficient, user-friendly, and really washes great results every time. Highly recommend!

Defect product delivered
Product works fine so far and delivery service was fine, however, upon unwrapping the product, the packaging was covering a sizeable dent and scratch at the front of the washer. It looks like the machine was damaged prior to packaging and still shipped as is. Who knows whether anything internal is damaged due to the size of the dent. This is disappointing given we decided to purchase a more expensive model and received a product with defect. Reported to Good Guys online twice and still no response for a month!
