Machine is awersom. Delivery was late
I ordered a washing machine online, and I was quite disappointed with the delivery experience. I had planned my day around the promised delivery time of 10:30 AM, but it ended up arriving at 4:45 PM. This delay significantly disrupted my schedule. What was particularly frustrating was the hourly updates to the delivery time, which kept pushing it back. For instance, the initial 10:30 AM estimate changed to 11:30 AM, and then to 12:30 PM, and so on. This made it very difficult to make plans, as I had to repeatedly postpone my meeting with a friend. I would recomend the product but not the home delivery with good guys.

Great washing machine
Love almost everything about the washer- looks great, works well with lots of functions, heats the water internally so just connected to cold. However, I didn’t realise that the quicker/every day functions only run at 30 degrees, I can’t choose the cold wash cycle- which is disappointing when you just want a quicker wash but cold. Otherwise, it’s a great washing machine and has great service with the Good Guys
