Good customer service, needs improvement
Good product but could’ve beeb better if the camera angle adjustment was more flexible. It says the night vision within 10m is colour but it’s black and white unless you are 1m away from the camera. The product description needs to be better. Good customer care. 1 TB hard drive & remote access are great.

Does a reasonable job
It is up and running now but is a long process, suggest you need to be able to do some electrical and physical work to install. I ended up buying 2 extra cameras as cameras cannot capture fine details at longer distance. Also you need to know that you need a spare ethernet port on your internet router, and be able to connect to it from your security box. I ran cable through house roof as put at other end of house to router and installed ethernet patches etc. Also had to install 240 V socket for system and have 4 outlet power board. Also you need to connect a monitor up to security system to set up. It was a long process running cables , also had to order 2 extension cables as more then 18 meter runs. But now running and working, Swann help line was helpful.
