I like TPLink cameras as I can use internal storage with SDCard instead of paying a subscription. I've been using this camera for a month now and the image quality is really good. the only thing that could be better is the detection. it only gets triggered around 4m far from the camera. so if you install it to high, you might miss things.

Pros: Installation is a breeze, and the Tapo app is very user-friendly. The battery performance is stellar with the solar panel attached, it rarely drops below 90%. Cons: Despite the 2K video quality is disappointing and looks muddy—I suspect the low 1245kbps bitrate is the problem. The wake-up time is sluggish. Even with sensitivity maxed out at 10, there is a significant delay between motion detection and the start of recording, which is particularly noticeable at night.
