We easily self installed this system and are happy with the associated app. So far all is working well, although we did have to first add a mesh system to ensure wifi reached to the outside of the premises. It was much easier than anticipated to get it all up and running.

Some great features but still a let down.
Camera gets stuck in one position and doesn’t go back to the preset position. It also won’t follow someone if they walk under or right next to the camera. The AI needs heaps of work as it still gets me as a stranger. Good quality footage is really the only up side of the last model. Also buy the extra warranty as both The Good Guys and Eufy caught me out last time. I only bought these due to EOFY sale. I’d recommend only buying them on sale so you get your extended warranty for free.
