The product in general is not bad, I bought it for my daughter so she can view the dog when not home as she suffers anxiety issues. One major flaw is, when sharing with family members ( or anyone else ) if the person that sets the account up turns the camera's too privacy mode other family members ( or others ) then don't have access too camera's, and it doesn't look 2 be an option 2 allow shared members 2 turn privacy mode off. Also sounds like they are not to meant 2 too be mounted from a ceiling.
