Tv got delivered Opened it up and plugged it in only to have a screen that fuzzy with lines running through it Been waiting for a technician to come out for ten days and still nothing Worst after sales service Considering its brand new and they delivered it

Fairly good product. No practical support
I'm happy with the quality of the tv. It was well packed, has nice picture quality (considering its midrange product) and seems to be good value. However, this model has NO USER MANUAL (either came with the tv, or online) and reaching Hisense customer support takes ages. So if you're not really handy with new technologies, you may not be able to make the most out of this product. Quite disappointing actually.

So worth the extra price
The picture is amazing, even up close or to the side. I was very grateful the salesman explained the difference in the 2 I was looking at and took the time to work out what I use the TV for most and the advantages of each. Great clear quality and sound! Watching football or reality shows feels like you are almost right there!
