Mostly good with some issues
The Robot is great most of the time. The auto empty feature, auto mop feature etc are all excellent. However, the battery life is short and a lot of false issue regarding tangled side brush keeps coming up. I've only used it twice but I have received 6 errors about tangled side brush even though there is nothing there.

So far the Dreame has done a fantastic job at taking care of our floors. We were unsure if it would keep up with the rate of shedding and mess our two labbies make, but pleased to report the Dreame has done an excellent job! The app is a bit quirky, but once you figure it out, it’s not too bad. I wish I had purchased sooner.

Jeannie the Dreame has given us more spare time
My husband wanted this vacuum/mop - I was a non- believer BUT have changed my mind. We have only one floor type (hard surface) and limited furniture, so cannot comment on multiple floor types. Although we have found "her" under the bed which is enough room for her to clear. We tend to only use the vacuum/mop selection. It does not eliminate the use of my stick vacuum but only use it for quick cleanups and is areas Jeannie cannot access (like behind doors and the skirting boards). The floors now have a sparkle.
