Within 2 months of using this, the vac loses its way and tries to commit suicide through our floor to ceiling windows. We have to keep the curtains drawn so it doesn’t smash the window so leaves a 50mm dirty patch along the front of the window. When it detects something and we move it. It doesn’t come back to clean that spot when object is moved. Detects objects in an open floor Thinks there is a step in an open floor and lifts trying to climb up the step. Has to be remapped regularly Our older model works fantastic and never missed a beat. Only reason we upstaged when buying the second one was for the step function and that it can clean in the dark. Wish we stuck with a second older model. Will be returning this one. Hopefully the next one is without faults

Performing great so far!
After much research, we decided to spend a little extra and go with a brand that has more favourable reviews and a model that met some of our requirements (heated mop function, and tackles pet hair). So far, so good. It's a great little unit and we've successfully had it map out the various rooms / zones.

Worth it
Prior to this I owned a Neato, this is way beyond it. I have 2kids and 3 pets this keeps the floor clean and tidy. Huge number of features and settings ie vacuum first then mop or vacuum mop at the same time or only mop with a lot of water and clean mop pad every X m2. Dirty/clean water change is super easy. Highly recommend
