Mr Dreame Functions
This robot vacuum and mop has surpassed all my expectations. My floors, all hybrid flooring throughout our apartment, are always now clean with no effort on my part. It does miss room corners. I wish it could do skirting boards but maybe in future it will have that technology. Love my Mr Dreame, does a wonderful job.

A great option when you’re not deep cleaning
This is an excellent product to have run around your house when you’re busy/on the go. We use it 2-3 times a week to do scheduled cleans of a mostly tiled living, kitchen and dining area. It picks up dog hair very well and does a great job of our carpet in the living room. We also make it clean an entirely carpeted upstairs living arrangement. It does a fairly good job for a robot vacuum. The greatest highlight is the AI clean genius technology. It adds a higher degree of cleaning accuracy and room detection than models that don’t use this tech. I also love the swivel mopping arms that swing out if it detects that it needs to clean under a harder to reach area. Such a great product.

The vacuum done the job perfectly, carefully to scann the room and done the job perfectly. Except the lift of Mop function while aroud the carpet area , thats not as itit'description on website, it still mooping on the carpet. As the Mop not so wet, so won't cause much issue so far.

Great feature for the price
The mopping uses hot water to washing the floors, rinse the mop, and then warm air to dry it. Works well. The vacuum is gd too and does a gd job to not bump into things. The app seems to work well to.

Slow delivery, product dead on arrival
Item took 5 months to be delivered with no indication when I paid for it that this would be the case. The useless shipping company didn't honor my requested redelivery date and just delivered on another random date. When I finally unboxed the item it had a defect where it could never find the docking station. The online chat support were extremely unhelpful and now I need to go through a time-consuming RMA process. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
