Televisions
What’s The Rebate: The Victorian Energy Upgrades program provides a rebate of about $70 on the purchase of energy efficient televisions listed on the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards register with a 7 star energy rating.
Who’s Eligible: All Victorian households and businesses.

What’s the rebate: About $70 on the purchase of energy efficient clothes dryers through the Victorian Energy Upgrades program. The dryer must be listed on the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards register with a 7 star energy rating.

Air Conditioners
What’s the Rebate: The NSW Government Energy Savings Scheme supports households across NSW to upgrade to an energy efficient air conditioner installed by an approved supplier. Your saving will depend on the model or equipment you choose.

Lighting
What’s the Rebate: The NSW Government Energy Savings Scheme incentivises eligible households and businesses to upgrade to energy efficient LED lights with a subsidy of around $30 per globe.

QUEENSLAND
Air Conditioners
What’s The Rebate: PeakSmart air conditioning reduces peak electricity demand by dropping your air conditioner into a lower performance mode when the network is under stress. How? A small receiver is installed in your new PeakSmart Ready air conditioner when you are having it installed at home, or it can be retrofitted to your existing PeakSmart Ready air conditioner.
The following rebates apply:
$400 for purchasing and installing a PeakSmart air conditioner with 10kW or more cooling capacity
$200 purchasing and installing a PeakSmart air conditioner with 4kW to less than 10kW cooling capacity

What’s The Rebate: The Retailer Energy Productivity Scheme offers up to $270 for the purchase of an eligible energy efficient fridge or fridge-freezer with an Energy Star Rating of no less than 3.5.

Lighting
What’s The Rebate: Free or discounted LED lights to replace your old bulbs. Under the Retailer Energy Productivity Scheme, you can exchange up to 40 globes.
Who’s Eligible: Priority Group households can access this benefit free, while all other South Australian households need only pay a $33 REPS Surcharge.

TASMANIA
What's The Rebate: The Energy Saver Loan Scheme provides no-interest loans to eligible applicants to fund the purchase price and installation of energy efficient products.
Energy Saver Loans are interest-free, have no establishment fee, and no account-keeping fee - although fees for late repayments do apply.
Who's Eligible: Tasmanians for their principal place of residence, landlords with residential tenants in Tasmania, and small businesses and community organisations in Tasmania with an electricity consumption lower than 150MWh per year.

WA & NORTHERN TERRITORY
No rebates or discounts are currently available on appliances
