Time Saver
Great product. Very efficient. The choice of vacuum or mop features is good to have. Saves so much time. Set it in the morning before work and the whole house is done. Pet hair is cleaned up effectively and the house always looks clean. The app is easy to use also. Obstacle avoidance is good although it does collect fine cords like iPhone cords from time to time. The dock is quite compact compared to many models and the unit is unobtrusive. Love this product.

Very impressed with the Roborock Q10V+ Was drawn to it because of the slimline home unit as many others were very bulky. Set up is easy and we had it mapped and running within the hour. It struggles over two of our large chunky rugs but very easy to set no go zones so it avoids them. Quiet for the power it has. We run it every second day and it keeps all areas of the house neat and tidy. Highly recommend.

Poor Quality- broke twice within 4 months
Very poor quality product – broke twice within 4 months of purchase. First the mop module failed and had to be sent away for repair, now parts have fallen off again. Hardly used 30 times in total. Lost all trust in this brand, wastes too much time dealing with support. Not recommended.

Was easy to set up to control with phone and map house. We are also impressed with the cleaning job that it dose. Very gratefull that the sales person helped us in our choice, without her advice we may have made a much poorer choice
