Works really well
Was easy to set up to control with phone and map house. We are also impressed with the cleaning job that it dose. Very gratefull that the sales person helped us in our choice, without her advice we may have made a much poorer choice

A bit tricky to get it set up but overall it’s a decent product. It’s not going to totally replace a person vacuuming the house but I’m hoping I’ll only have to vacuum once a fortnight now and the roborock will do the rest.

Time saver but can’t connect to my phone
Top job at vacuuming. It is gentle when it bumps into objects. Sometimes gets a bit lost. I don’t use the mop function. Wish I could connect to my phone, that is why I only give it a 4 star rating

OK overall but has some issues
I purchased based on the positive feedback and overall it is a good machine, but so far the issues I have found with it are: - It's not energy efficient. When docked and in "idle" mode it continues to use up power. A 100% charged robot in the afternoon drops to less than 70% the next morning doing nothing. - You can't set a default clean mode. It defaults to "mop and vacuum" when pressing the start button and so if you only want to vacuum you're forced to use the app and need to change the settings each time. It will not remember your last used cleaning settings. I purchased it on special for $697 but wouldn't recomend it had I paid full retail price.

Saves me lot of time Vacuuming and Moping. Easy Mapping. Auto adjusts the suction depending on the floor type. Only issue for me is to replace the rubbish bags and refill the water for Mop function. In saying, you get what you paid for.
