The Premier's Back to School

Once you have been approved and received your Vouchers simply head to any NSW The Good Guys store to make your purchase. Our friendly Team will scan your voucher/s and redeem them against your eligible purchase.

Please note:

• Vouchers can only be used towards the purchase of eligible products. Products you may wish to purchase that are ineligible will need to be processed on a different transaction.
• You may combine your Vouchers towards one transaction. This includes pooling your family vouchers towards the one transaction.
• Expired Vouchers cannot be used.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift voucher, StoreCash or a credit note and cannot be used online.
• No change will be given and balance remaining on partially redeemed vouchers is forfeited.

You may present your Vouchers to us via:

• The NSW Service App
• Printed with the QR Code visible
• SMS with a unique code

You can apply for the vouchers if you're a caregiver of a student, who is:

• A NSW resident who is enrolled to attend school in 2023 (from kindergarten to year 12), including students who are: home-schooled or enrolled in year 10 or year 12 equivalent qualifications at TAFE NSW.

Students can apply on their own behalf if they meet the eligibility criteria and have their own Medicare card.

At the time of publishing - you can use each voucher:

• Once (if the cost is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance is given up and cannot be used)
• On its own or combined with other vouchers for the same purchase, even where the vouchers are issued for different students
• On eligible products
• At participating stores including The Good Guys in New South Wales
• On or before the expiry date.
