    Good Guys Customer Serivce is DISGRACEFUL

    If i coulf give this 0 stars i would. Order was sent to wrong store, delayed significantly. Upon contacting the stores i was given the run around and no one could give me any information regarding my order. I sent 2 separate emails to customer service regarding the poor service and have not received one piece of correspondence back. S**t service in all areas of this business, i will never use the good guys again and i will continue to spread the wotd to everyone i know about their incompetence and decieving business practices. A true DISGRACE!
