Great laptop
The screen on this is huge and it's powerful for everyday use. For me this actually doubles as a gaming laptop because I have a more powerful PC so I can remote play to that and this laptop supports that very well.

Q: What does Copilot+ PC mean on this HP OmniBook 5?
A: It means this laptop is built for new Windows AI features that run on the device, not just in the cloud. The Ryzen AI processor includes an NPU for supported tasks like live captions and image effects, but feature availability can vary by app and Windows version.
Q: Is 16GB of memory enough for this HP OmniBook 5 as an everyday work and study laptop?
A: Yes, 16GB suits common workloads such as many browser tabs, Microsoft 365, video calls and light photo editing. It is a sensible baseline for a Copilot+ PC, but heavier 4K editing, large creative projects and virtual machines benefit from more memory.
Q: How much can 512GB of storage realistically hold on this laptop?
A: A 512GB SSD usually leaves roughly 400GB to 430GB usable after Windows and preloaded software. That is enough for documents, apps and a solid photo library, but large games and video files can fill it much faster than many buyers expect.
Q: Is this HP OmniBook 5 16-inch touch laptop a good fit for travel and hybrid work?
A: Yes, a 16-inch touchscreen gives more room for split-screen work, spreadsheets and creative tasks than a 13-inch or 14-inch model. The trade-off is portability, because larger laptops are typically less compact in a backpack and on airline tray tables.
Q: Can this Ryzen AI 5 laptop handle gaming as well as work tasks?
A: It is better suited to productivity, streaming and everyday creative work than serious gaming. Casual and older games may run acceptably at reduced settings, but buyers focused on modern AAA titles should look for a laptop with dedicated graphics.
