Easy to set up laptop
It was easy to transfer from old laptop to new acer one. It gave directions along the way. You do need your passwords though. I have had no trouble with it.very happy

Easy to get started, does everything required
All I needed was a computer for home use, with internet searching, mail system, and basic document creation and management. The salesperson at Good Guys advised that it was not suitable for gaming, and may not give the best experience for video streaming. Set-up was easy and the availability of a free 30-day trial of Microsoft 365 was a valuable bonus.
