Service by Chance was outstanding. Knows her stuff and was contactable and helpful even after we had purchased and left store. Even a proactive upsell to rid ourselves of Telstra and migrate my wife from unimpressive Vodafone. Product itself great. The Gold Customer Care though is a complete disappointment - spending hours and hours going around in circles trying to have someone take ownership and resolve an issue in accordance with the additional you pay for. Appalling and certainly taken the shine off things . Good guys brand sadly associate do the the Gold Customer upsell.

The spare battery is an absolute time saver. No waiting around for Vacc to recharge. Very compact and love the dust/dirt compactor.

Great product for great price
I bought this to replace a much more expensive stick vac And it is so much better than it ever was. It picks up dirt /debris better, it is great at getting things on the edge. It fits about 4 times more dirt/dust in bin before needing emptying thanks to kompressor. Highly recommend
