Key benefits
- Multi-Surface Compatibility: Cleans carpets, rugs, and hard floors with one formula.
- Pet Odour Removal: Helps neutralise pet-related smells for fresher indoor air.
- Gentle Formula: Safe for use around pets and children when used as directed.
- Easy Dispensing: Designed for convenient use with Bissell CrossWave and SpinWave machines.
- Quick Drying: Leaves floors ready for use in a short time after cleaning (typically under 30 minutes).
- Fresh Scent: Leaves a pleasant fragrance after cleaning.
- Residue-Free: Does not leave sticky residues on surfaces.
- Bulk Size Option: Available in 1L bottles for extended use.
Q: Can I use this formula in a non-Bissell floor cleaner?
A: No. This formula is intended for Bissell CrossWave and SpinWave machines only. Using it in other brands or machine types is not the stated use, so it is best chosen when you already own a compatible Bissell cleaner.
Q: Does one bottle cover both hard floors and carpets?
A: Yes. Bissell CrossWave Multi Surface Pet Formula is made for multi-surface cleaning, so the same bottle can be used on hard floors and carpets in a compatible machine. It suits routine washing better than targeted treatment for older set-in stains.
Q: Will it leave residue or too much foam on floors?
A: No. Bissell CrossWave Multi Surface Pet Formula is designed to avoid excessive foaming and residue during normal use. That makes it a practical pick for regular floor washing, especially on hard surfaces where streaking or build-up can be noticeable.
Q: Is this suitable for wood floors as well as tiles?
A: Yes. This formula is designed for hard floors including wood and tiles, as well as carpets, when used in a compatible Bissell machine. It is a floor-wash formula, not a general-purpose cleaner for use with other machines or by hand.
Q: How long does the 1 litre bottle usually last?
A: The 1 litre bottle is intended to support several whole-home cleaning sessions. How quickly it runs out depends on the size of the areas cleaned and how often the machine is used, so heavy pet traffic will use it faster than light maintenance cleaning.
