Purchased the Shark Navigator a couple months ago and it has been great. Great suction on carpets and hard floors. If you don't mind this vac being corded, then go for it.... Great Vacuum.

I love the vacuum itt suxs up really good the down fall is carrying the cord but the older vacuums had cords and they were really good vacuums I recommend this vacuum if you have dogs that are shredding and lots of hair it does a good job.

We’ve had a Dyson for the last 8yrs and have never been truly happy with it. Its battery life is short; filters constantly need cleaning and suction sucks. I bought the Shark Navigator based on reviews and I am truly impressed and pleased with this purchase. It’s a little on the heavy side, but its suction capacity and ease of use is brilliant and makes up for the difference in weight. Great product at a great price. I highly recommend this corded vacuum cleaner.
