Ninja amazing, the good guys not so much!
This is a bit unfair because the slushi machine is an excellent product, the issue i have is with The Good Guys who clearly sold beyond their inventory during the Black Friday Sales. This was intended to be a Christmas present but didn't arrive until the new year meaning that all plans for delicious cocktail celebrations had to, themselves, be put on ice. I communicated my disappointment to TGG which was mostly ignored; I did receive a $20 discount voucher for future use but not in reply to my complaint - it seems other customers were left in the same situation - which I gifted to someone placing an order as I will likely not use the retailer again. Very poor.

Would buy from Goodguys
Purchased this as a Christmas present on the 4 December due to arrive on the 8th, got delayed till the 11th, delayed again till the 22nd and week of Christmas told it would not arrive until January. Received in early January and used it a bunch of times, very easy to use and makes drinks super quickly, easy to clean and worth the money! Just wouldn’t buy from the good guys if I was you 🤷🏼♂️

Good service but very slow delivery
The slushie machine is great. The Good guys are reliable and professional as always. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and it was evdntually delivered without any problems. My only complaint was that I ordered 3 products for delivery to the same address , on the same night online, with two of those being ordered through the Good Guys. This slushie machine took about 3 weeks longer to deliver which was a bit disappointing. But it did eventually arrive in good condition without any dramas.

Didn’t arrive in time for Christmas
Was ordered late November early December. Was ‘in stock’ ready to be shipped. Email after email assuring us it would arrive in time for Christmas. I phoned multiple times to make sure it would be here in time. It is a very expensive gift so was the only gift this child was receiving. Didn’t make it. Disappointed is an understatement. Why sell stock you don’t have? How could the good guys do that to us. Still so upset.
