We love it!
We had several Fisher and Paykel machines in the past and were once happy with those. Our last one however started to damage clothes and kept pausing due to "unbalanced" issues. So we decided to try the LG. We weren't used to not having an agitator in the middle but now we prefer our machine without it. I love the AI selection and we're happy with our LG machine. It's a bonus that it plays music...
