Works well, quiet operation. I forgot how clean clothes are supposed to be as I've been using a 2nd hand one that's quite a few years old and had gunk build up from unclean water. I only use cold water at the moment and it works as well as it should.

Love this machine, I was worried going from a 10kg machine to an 8.5kg machine wouldn't be big enough, however, being agitator free makes way for a lot more room. also like the little tune it plays at the end of the cycle. 4 stars no 5...I still need to load & unload ;)

A Step UP
I thought I was happy with my old machine. When it went bust after 35 years and I was forced to replace it, I was quite surprised with the performance of the new machine. So very quiet, clothes are almost dry after the spin cycle is complete, and the load size is much higher.
