Works well for pets and toddlers
This carpet cleaner has been quite efficient in removing stains, accidents, spills and other carpet messes. It has left a noticeable difference on the carpet which we have not steam cleaned for about three years. Using this means we can steam clean our carpets less often.

Powerdash is stretching a bit
but it worked fine on removing general dirt from a 50 year old carpet. Didn't remove the old and bad stains but didn't really expect it to as the previous tenant's so called professional cleaning job left the stains behind too. It was more the previous renters dirt I wanted out. Took a lot of water changes which proved the previous professional job was shoddy. Smells better now though. Apart from that, easy to use, not too heavy for old lady to push, pull and lift. Could do with some sort of tool to clean the brushes but an old hair comb did the trick. Only done one room so far. Waiting for warm dry weather for the rest of the house.
