The product is absolutely amazing. I cannot believe the power leaving the floors pretty dry. I just still get astounded with what comes up after a couple guys. I would highly recommend this machine. It’s so easy to use. It’s got good water capacity. Good catchment capacity consumption.

Robley Helpers used brought this product was easy to assemble and the box was able to be put in the car without and hassles in the boot, price was good as well. Haven't used it so unable to comment on the quality of using it yet but feels quite a steady and strong

Clean fluffy carpet
Pretty happy with this purchase, finally something that can clean and restore my carpets to almost their original fluffiness. Not only that, the steam will be killing tonnes of microbes, which is especially good when you have pets that could bring in all sorts, and/or living in an apartment complex where shared hallways are likely inviting a whole variety of microbes through your front door. Can't fault it! It comes with complete with hose attachment and upholstery tool, so can sanitise and clean my furniture too! Most of all it does a better job than any of the self-use hire machines - it obviously does not have the power of a full commercial machine, but who wants to have one of those huge eyesores sitting in a room? When you are spending 60-100 for each property inspection hiring a cleaner (that doesn't do as good a job) then, then this definitely pays itself off pretty quickly.

So far so good, better than I expected
So far, so good, better than I expected. While I have only just started using this Bissell, it has worked quite well, better than expected. While it is not a commercial machine and some other brand units that sell for $1500 to $2000 plus might be better in terms of performance and longevity, this one has gone well so far. Easily available cleaning chemicals to go with it, and if I ever were to have a problem, The Good Guys will help me sort it out.

Highly Recommend
I have been reluctant to buy this type of product due to the maintenance overhead of this machine and the space it takes to store this. However, ever since I bought this my cat threw up 3 times which got me learning how to use this machine very quickly. This machine is significantly better than manual cleaning of cleaning spray and lots of towels. While the time it takes to use this machine, clean the carpet on the stained area and then cleaning this machine, it’s much better to do this over manual scrubbing my hand of the stained carpet. Once the stained area is cleaned the stained area was completely cleaned and dry after about a day. Historically I’d do an annual bunnings hire of these carpet cleaners but that also has its own overhead of needing to go to bunnings, unpacking the machine from your car, machine set up, etc. which also takes a bit of energy and time. Overall I still recommend this product even if the time it takes is no shorter than my alternative solutions. Buying this machine simply outsources a different type of work (manual scrubbing, needing to go to bunnings, etc) into another more “straightforward” work.
