I can not fault it does a great job and sucks up nearly all the water. The only issue I have had and I’m ocd maybe that’s why is you need to screw quiet a bit of screws out to clean the brush.

I was surprised at how well this carpet cleaner worked. Had very dirty pet stained carpets and they cleaned up as o well! The sanitizer cleaning fluid was great as well! Would highly recommend.

5 Star - very effective
This is the 2nd Bissell Carpet Shampoo-er we've had. Easier to fill & clean the washer, and it's very effective at cleaning carpet especially if you have dogs. Only negative is not being able to directly & clearly see the water sucking up - which helps with knowing if you've drawn up the water and if water is clean. Highly recommend!

Great little carpet cleaner for dog people
It’s not too heavy and does the job. I needed a carpet cleaner that would clean the carpet but also be easy to get out for those doggie clean ups. We were looking at a similar Hoover product but the were out of stock. As luck would have it the bissell rep happened to be in store on the day. He clearly explained how the bissell cleaner worked, showed me the differences between the two products. I’m glad I listened as I’m very happy with the size of the unit, its water and cleaner capacities. Great product overall, exactly what I needed.

Saved my carpet!
Since moving to a predominantly carpeted house after many years with floorboards an upgrade from a spot cleaner was needed. It’s compact enough to get into tighter spots, handy to get up and down stairs, under beds and drawers. It does go through a lot more water than I initially thought it would but that wasn’t too bad. It sucked up so much more dog fur than my vacuum even when pre vacuuming before using the carpet cleaner. My carpets smelt fresh and lovely, drying was quick. Did struggle on low pile rug though - will probably require the hose attachment for an area rug. Overall very happy with my purchase
