Poor domestic use design
The machine works well and cleans well, just as I would expect of Bissell, but the dirty water tank is too big and too tall. You can’t get close along the edge of beds, benches etc because the tank is too tall and it is hard to manoeuvre around tight areas. I know you most likely won’t want to shampoo under a bed, but you do need to be able to go under the edge a bit where people put their feet. If you have large open areas with little or no furniture - go for it as it does a good job, particularly at this price. The design is bad for domestic use. No a patch on my old Bissell Pet which has just died after MANY years years of work.

User friendly
We were hesitant to buy our own carpet cleaner. We thought they would be sub-standard but we couldn’t have been more wrong. This cleaner did an amazing job! Other reviews talked about how much cleaning solution the machine uses, but when you consider how often you need to clean your carpets, and what a brilliant job it does, you shouldn’t even give that a second thought. Super user friendly. Highly recommended!

Works very well. Happy with the way it brings out deep dirt. Good on stains. Only issue is the small detergent tank which quickly empties with use. Consumables are expensive.

Extreme Clean
Cleaned my dog’s bed which was covered with dirt, It came out like brand new. Also, cleaned hall carpet and that also looks like brand new. Easy to use and very light. Love the attachment upholstery cleaner too.

Does the job Small Areas and Upholstery
I wanted this smallet carpet cleaner as I wanted a light eeight cleaner to do carpet on stairs and to use for small area cleaning. Like the attachment for upholstery. Already have a large bissell carpet cleaner which I use for large areas. Easy to assemble from box.
