Poor Online Shopping Experience
The product iteself is good. The complain is on the online shopping experience. There is no update on outstanding item in the order along the process. I have to chase for an update after ordering for 2 weeks with only partial delivery and wait for 4 days to get feedback and still unsure about the ETA. Already asked for full refund of the outstanding item.

Easy Install and Setup
This is another model of Eufy camera to add into my security camera system. As usual it is easy to install and setup. The quality of the camera is fine but expensive. This camera needs to recharge quite often if it installed in a busy place.

Can’t go past the Eufy cameras, as I am away from my premises 5 days a week these cameras notify me if they detect persons around my property, I am also able to check myself from a remote location eg Bali, providing I have internet coverage. Highly recommended.
