Best purchase I’ve made in years!
Sharing my carpeted house with 3 working dogs, I was pretty certain no robot vacuum would ever be able to help me. I’ve never been so glad to be wrong and will NEVER get sick of opening my door to sparkly clean carpets everyday! Apologies in advance to my friends who haven’t stopped hearing about it!

Frustrating overall
Vacuum function works pretty well. It definitely collects a a good amount of dust. It was ok to set up despite limited instructions and a clunky map facility. What is really frustrating is the inability to purchase a replacement dust bag. The Dreame website and speaking with their customer service department got me nowhere. They aren’t even sure what bags might be compatible from other models in their range. All communications resulted in them asking me to lodge a ticket through their help desk. The product is probably ok if you never need customer service support. . Mop function untested as yet. The dog doesn’t hate it. That’s a win.
