Great Decision
Bought this as a Xmas present. Has taken a load off general cleaning. Still need to do a deeper vac/mop but it's perfect for what we need it for. Easy to setup and use and is much more quiet than I expected

Good product from Dreame
Bought this a month ago and no issues so far. Does a good job at vacuuming and moping. Easy to use app. Mapping is good too. Would recommend getting the additional warranty as with robot vacuums there are a lot of small parts that can become faulty.

Brilliant vacuum
So far, this robot vacuum has worked really well. The suction is really good, the best I’ve seen in a robot vacuum. We have a Shetland sheepdog who drops a lot of hair, and the vacuum has had no problems coping with all the hair - very clever design means hair doesn’t get tangled in the rollers. Self emptying, quiet mode, and loads of features and selections on the app.

Great vacuum
The vacuum finds it's way around your multi level floors easily. The vacuum is great on all surfaces including carpet. Auto empty & mop are awesome features too.

This robot vac with floor wash fabulous on my manufactured board floor. A small space to clean but after,lovely to walk on barefoot. The auto empty a boon and unit sits snugly in room without being overwhelming.

The Dreme does not get up onto the carpet as i was told it does by the sales person and the mop feature dose not clean the floor properly , not happy with the amount of money i spent on the thing.
