  It's so easy to make the perfect coffee with this machine. There is a pre set coffee for even the fussiest of coffee connoisseur, and it is so quick to customise your coffee if you prefer! No need to spend money on a cafe espresso, when the Prima Donna Soul makes it better than your favourite barista! I love that I can wake up in the morning and switch the machine on from my phone, I don't even need to get out of bed to make my coffee - so good! I have a mug of long black but use the function that slowly pushes through the coffee, much better than just lots of hot water added! With 5 adults in our family, everyone's needs are catered for with our own personalised coffee preferences. Hubby Dan is losing weight & makes his coffee shake with a shot of espresso added to his Optifast shake. At a press of a button, son Tim has his long black to go in his travel mug ready for work in a few minutes. Nic makes his iced coffee over ice on his preset - quick and refreshing. Nanna likes her latte very weak, so easy with the personalised settings and the milk container is just the best! When our friend Greg visits he has an oat milk piccolo programmed to his liking, and even his wife Tania has her herbal tea fully catered for, with the tea function! The creama is so good, and the taste of the coffee is maximised with the personalisation of beans added. The PrimaDonna Soul is so easy to use, fill the water and coffee beans. There is no mess emptying the coffee grounds and I pop those on my garden. Thanks DeLonghi for an amazing, fully automated coffee machine - you have made my life easy!

  Very easy to use and it produces fabulous coffee I have tried several varieties with or without milk and have no complaints at all I am using good fresh beans which I think is a must to get the best coffee
