Great coffee maker but steam doesn’t work. It is quite expensive to have this problem. I will be bringing back to the shop.

Not so easy
Somewhat complicated for a basic start up machine but when worked out very noisy with grinding beans but makes a good coffee. Why so much clean water wasted to make a cup of coffee. Cleaning easy but disappointed after only one month needed to rescale even though I had a water softener in place. Costs about 40c a coffee so worth the 3 minute wait to produce.

Going from a pod machine to a machine that all vut drinks the coffee for you. Being spoilt and now at a touch of s button, my coffee is ready for me. Sales people knew the machine, and even a DeLonghi rep was there on the day. Got a couple of clear coffee cups for the experience to be complete.

Great freshly ground coffee at the touch of a button. Bought as a gift for our son. Easy to use once set up. Only minor criticism is the picture book instructions. We have a previous model with worded instructions and was much easier to set up. The instruction booklet on this model is tricky to follow. After some YouTubing we found all the info we needed. Other than that, we can’t fault it.

My 7y/o DeLonghi coffee machine died, so I got value from it which decided me on purchasing another. Just a little different from old machine, haven’t used the milk heater yet, made plenty of coffees just haven’t got machine to give me a mug full without grinding more coffee.! Perhaps I’ll work it out with more use…
