My partner and I could not be happier with this machine. We recently upgraded to the DeLonghi Prima Donna Soul Automatic coffee machine from a pod capsule coffee machine. We wanted to have a more options when it came to a making a variety of beverages, including some our favourites cappuccino, caffelatte and long black. From unboxing to sipping our first coffee from the machine it took around 10 minutes. The machines default setting for each coffee style produces a tasty drop but the machine also allows you to easily customise the strength, length, and the temperature of the coffee. The coffee link app also allows you to customise your favourite coffee styles to your taste. It is a breeze to clean with some parts (clearly labeled) dishwasher friendly. Another thing we loved about the machine was how quick and easy it was to make a variety of different beverages for a group of friends when entertaining. My partner and I love this machine and highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy their first coffee machine or an experienced user looking to upgrade.

I love the presets which you can set for different people. I also love ease of making coffee with this machine we are a family of 10 and the first week we went through 1kg of coffee beans.

Amazing Product from Delonghi
Really happy with the De’Longhi PrimaDonna so far — easy to use, makes great lattes, and feels properly premium. Coffee is strong and consistent once dialled in, and the one-touch milk drinks are super convenient. A bit of maintenance needed, but overall definitely worth it if you want cafe-style coffee at home without the hassle of a manual machine. Also savings $$$ of buying outside coffee .
