    Great Product, Great Service

    The product is doing everything that I wanted it to do; it grinds the beans for me, it has a manual milk, froth, or, and I can make the coffee how I want it. Additionally, the service I received from my local store was excellent. I was going to carry the product back home myself because I could walk home from this location, but the staff were willing to deliver it for me, which was extra helpful. One of the staff members, David, took his time to help me find the right product also, which really helped to ensure that I did get a great product.

    Easiest Coffee Machine to Use

    I bought this coffee machine as a gift for my son when he moved into his new house. It is so easy for him to use but still delivers that fresh personalised coffee. His preference is a long black, whilst his room mate loves a latte! The Delonghi Magnifica Coffee Machine was so simple for him to set up and to keep clean. Each morning he makes a coffee before work and saves so much not having to buy a coffee at the local cafe! Absolutely the best present ever!

    a bit disappointing

    We had to replace our Delonghi that we had for 10 plus years and bought this product. Coffee strength is set on strongest option and grounding of beans also on strongest option but it does not deliver a very strong coffee. Also now notice that there is coffee bean behind the coffee grounds container
