Automatic coffee machine that does everything well
This was a Christmas present I purchased and I was involved in the set up and experienced its regular use. It was a little tricky to initially set up until we worked out how to use the automatic grinder however once all up and running it was smooth sailing. The personalization to change temperature, amount of milk, amount of coffee to set default to suit your taste is one of the best features and this is easy to do watching one of the many YouTube videos on tips and tricks for this machine easily located. Would recommend this machine as a good budget or entry level for a full automatic coffee machine that just does everything well. It's well worth the additional price over some of the manual or cheaper machines out there

So simple to use
This machine was a gift for my husband, an upgrade of a previous De'Longhi machine that had a separate grinder, milk wand etc. He is loving the simplicity of this machine (now that he has sorted the set up) and I am loving less mess of coffee grounds!

Lovely machine
If I knew what I know now, I would have purchased the next model up as this model doesn't allow me to add extra milk without taking another shot of coffee.

Not so great
This is the first bean machine we have used since switching to a pod machine. We’ve had a lot of trouble trying to figure out the grind setting, the filter settings, the volume, and then there is finding that perfect bean. The machine isn’t easy to figure out , lots of buttons and it seems To not be remembering my settings. Hasn’t been a great experience yet - but hoping it will get better over time as we have read reviews that it takes awhile.

Having difficulty
Even though we have viewed videos multiple times & spoken to Delongi feel we should have stuck with our Pod machine witch we love still using with the other machine just a nice piece of sculpture We are trying to find someone to come & give a lesson at home We think we have punched above our weight
