Very easy to use and makes a good brew. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is, being a Wi-Fi connectable machine, we are unable to connect it our Wi-Fi.

I upgraded to this machine from a DeLonghi Magnifica Evo machine. Alot of extra functions that I haven't used as yet but so far the machine has made great coffee.

The best mothers day gift for a coffee fanatic
I love that the product is so easy to use everything's just the press of the button or through the app. Warming up the machine from bed and having a professional brew to start the day is one of the best features. Not just hot coffee but the cold coffee settings are great too! Worth the cost of the machine. On a side not the coffee beans from DeLonghi were so flavoursome looking forward to experimenting and experiencing good coffee 😋

I love this coffee machine so much. It makes a perfect coffee. I have been able to customise two types of coffee for myself, and you can have other profiles. It does take a lot of water though but having it near my sink that as filtered water helps. I also notice that it wants descaling quite often, but that may be because we use it so much!

Great coffee made simple
This coffee machine is perfect for what I want, something that makes excellent coffee with the minimum of fuss. It's beautifully designed, with all parts easy to access, adjust and clean. It has a huge number of coffee types pre-loaded, and for each one you can personalise the size and brew intensity. It also has the option to make the coffee extra-hot, which is very good when so many coffee machines produce lukewarm drinks. The milk frother is excellent, and the machine includes a cleaning step for the nozzle each time, which is handy. All this comes in a very attractive machine, as you'd expect from Italian design, and a small footprint that doesn't take up too much bench space in my smallish kitchen. I've had the machine for about a month now, and am so happy that I spent the money on it, it's fabulous.
