Purchased this excellent product but was really disappointed by the service when I was picking it up at the store. I was there for almost 30 minutes waiting for somebody to hand me my online purchased product. So disappointed. The lady in the collection area didnt seem to care.

Lots of great features but no way to increase the milk temperature I am having to preheat the cup then do a rinse shot and only then is the coffee barely hot. I wish I’d stuck with my old Breville One Touch.

Great coffee machine
Our last coffee machine which was a few models down from this one eventually died after constant use. Didn’t purchase this one until months later as I missed having one. Wasn’t intending on buying this one, the one I picked out was sold out and ended up with this one. So happy that we did. It’s amazing! Love all the prompts that it tells you to do. So easy to use and clean!

Love this machine. It makes hot and cold coffees so is great all year round. Programming of household members and how strong etc they prefer their coffee is also a bonus
