Grand Home Coffee Machine!
My first semi auto coffee machine, and I love it thus far!! Great features and functionalities that makes your coffee making a breeze and adventure. It comes with all the accessories, and I wish they had included a water filter also (reason why I gave 4 stars - sorry De'Longhi!). Good guys gave me a great deal, and their customer service is second to none. They are my 'go-to' store for all our household appliances. Highly recommend the machine and Good Guys!

Very Happy with the machine
The machine has worked very well. However, I am yet to find a manual that tells me all of the functionalities. A red light has come on in the front panel and I am yet to resolve what it is and how to extinguish it. I presume it is some sort of filter alert??? Your staff member was extremely helpful and of great assistance in us choosing the machine.

Nearly but not quite
Overall very satisfied with just a few things around milk steaming. I’ve recently moved from a nearly 20 year old Sunbeam Cafe series machine to this one as the old machine, while still producing good coffee, was in need of a good service and some long overdue maintenance, plus I wanted the convenience of an inbuilt grinder so our existing grinder can be used for decaf. The steaming wand on the Delonghi doesn’t feel as strong or have the amount of adjustment that the Sunbeam unit has and the fact that steam shuts off automatically and can’t be adjusted is annoying as sometimes it’s not quite long enough to steam the milk for 2 mugs in one jug.
