Two boilers working at the same time create the perfect temperature for flavoursome brewing and instant steam for perfectly warmed milk.
The integrated grinder speeds up the time between grinding fresh beans and extraction to preserve oils that create an incredible crema, while the Auto Purge and Over Pressure Valve features reign in the maximum temperature and pressure.
Programmable so you can set the espresso pour to 30ml for a single shot and 60ml for a double, or create your own special pour for simple push-button perfection every time.
The Italian-made 15 bar pump starts by pulsing to expand the grinds before extraction, and low pressure pre-infusion further expands the grinds to release the oils for a beautifully well-balanced espresso.
