Best home made coffee I’ve ever had
This machine beats Breville by far. I’ve been using a Breville for the last four years and have never been completely happy with it. The Ninja is so much more versatile and has all the right features to make great coffee at home. The new design has addressed some of the most annoying issues found in most machines. Even the little things have been well thought out, like the drip tray being separated into different sections to help prevent mould build-up, and the water tank having a recessed finger grip so it’s easy to lift out and refill. My favourite feature is that I’m no longer guessing the grind size. The machine simply tells you what it should be to pull a great shot. Just beautiful! Well done to the engineering and customer experience teams at Ninja. 10/10.

I love that the machine takes the guess work out of making a perfect coffee every time! It looks very stylish on my kitchen bench. I love that it assists you with the correct grind size for your beans and you can choose how much froth you want. The vibrations when the machine is brewing moves the cup on the shelf and it can fall if you don't keep an eye on it. The drip tray does fill up extremely fast, so it requires frequent emptying. Also it uses quite a lot of water and therefore you need to refill the water tank repeatedly.

Great machine
I got this machine to replace an equivalent Breville machine. This machine is way more consistent and easier to use. The suggested grind setting is fairly accurate, not 100% but really helpful when you switch beans. My only small annoyance is the night adjustable shelf that the cup sits on. I find that the vibration from the machine can move the cup around so you have to keep an eye on it.
